When Was The Last Time You Had Your Heating System Serviced?

I spoke with a friend in Pennsylvania this morning. He mentioned that his furnace was running non-stop and it wasn’t getting the inside temperature up to sixty-eight degrees Fahrenheit. Of course it is well below zero back there.

Today, here in the Phoenix metro our high temperature is forecast to be seventy-four degrees. The Midwest, southeast and east all shivering with the highs below zero in many places.  Snow is falling through-out many area where ice and snow just aren’t expected or planned for.

I know your furnace or heating system isn’t running 24-7 here in the Valley of the Sun to keep your home warm and comfortable. But, if I may ask a question, when was the last time your heat-pump, HVAC or furnace was serviced?

Did you have to think about the answer? Then it has been too long since that unit was checked, tuned up or serviced.  That should be done before every heating season.  Those tune-ups not only save you money and keep your family safe they also extend the lifetime of your heating system.

You aren’t saving money by not having your furnace or heating system checked.

Generally, heating systems in the Phoenix metro area require little upkeep and maintenance. HVAC equipment today is mostly trouble-free and requires only periotic attention. However, you should have heating system maintenance performed on an annual basis to keep your system operating well and worry-free. When you have a qualified HVAC company, like Aaron’s Mechanical Services, perform heating system maintenance in the area, we will perform a series of inspections, along with some tune-up tasks. Such heating system maintenance will ensure that you get the most out of your heating system over the life of the unit.

How will you benefit from regular annual service?
