How Mild Will January 2014 Be In Phoenix Arizona?

It looks like the balance of January will have our lows in the low forties and it will reach sixty degrees by noonish.  For most of the country they can only wish they had our mild temperatures. Here we are thinking that is winter time and we are really cold.

I don’t know about you but I like to wake up to a warm cozy home. And forty degrees feels mighty cold when I climb out of bed. So my furnace better be doing its job. Even if my heating system only runs a few hours in the morning and evening and a bit overnight I don’t want to leave more money with SRP, APS or Southwest Gas than I have to. That means I also want the furnace to do its job while sending as little of my money as possible.

Here at Aaron’s Mechanical Services we can do a tune-up, repair or replacement of your furnace, heating system or HVAC unit and do just that – keep you warm and cozy without spending any more money than possible.

We have been serving the Valley of the Sun and the Phoenix Metro area since 1994.  Let us help your family with your heating needs.

Did You Know?

We have all heard that no two snowflakes are alike. Did you know a scientist took 400,000 samples to prove it?

All snowflakes have 6 sides.

Icicles form most often on the south side of buildings.

The record for the most snow angels at one time was set in Ontario Canada in 2004 when a couple of schools joined to create 15,851 snow angels.

If it gets cold enough, single digits or below, ice crystals can form and snow can fall from clear skies.

Antarctica set the record for the world’s coldest temperature at minus 129 degrees Fahrenheit.

The tallest snowman was 113 feet 7 inches tall. Named Angus and made in Bethel Maine in 1999.

Nine years later in 2008 this same town created the world's tallest snowwoman. The snowwoman stood 122 feet 1 inch tall.
