The Right Way To Treat A/C Repair Customers

Well, you might think this would be a very short article.  How should we treat our Air Conditioning repair customers?  Heck, how should all businesses treat their customers.  We, at least, think that is a one word answer… fairly!

We think that we should treat our customers just exactly the same way we want to be treated in any business deal… fairly!

If we want a customer who hires us to repair their HVAC Unit to call us again in the future, how should we treat them… fairly!

If we want a customer who hires us to repair their A/C Unit to recommend us to their family, friends and neighbors how should we treat them… fairly!

We think that we should treat our customers just exactly the way they want to be treated in all types of transactions… fairly!

Our customer are our sole source of income. They are the most important asset of our company.
We treat them as we would like to be treated and make their needs our priority.

We feel all customers should be treated with respect. Their needs are important. A simple smile is free and is usually returned.

We want them to know their needs are important to us.

They are spending money and need a very good reason to spend that money at our company above other companies in the air conditioning repair business.

Need any type of service on your home’s cooling and heating system? Give Aaron’s Mechanical Service a call at 623-388-4436.  Give us the chance to treat you… fairly!
