Aaron’s Mechanical Services Asks What Is Your Status Quo?

I would guess that the first step is to make sure we agree on what “Status Quo” means.

Status quo is a Latin term meaning the existing state of affairs. It is the nominal form of the prepositional Latin phrase "in statu quo" – literally "in the state in which", which itself is a shortening of the original phrase in statu quo res erant ante bellum, meaning "in the state in which things were before the war". To maintain the status quo is to keep the things the way they presently are. The related phrase status quo ante, literally "the state in which before", means "the state of affairs that existed previously"

What does a state of “war” have to do with air conditioning?  On a hot summer day in July as you feel like you are ready to melt is when you might think of war as fight against the Arizona heat. You want to get home and be able to cool off and be comfortable.  I might mention you want to do it without braking the bank paying your electricity bill.

So is your home’s “state of affairs” or “status quo” that it is already really ready for the Arizona summer heat? – OR – could your HVAC or just AC in need of some Tender Loving Care and for whatever reason you are just putting off getting it done.

Are you the type of person who waits until the “failure” happens and then goes into “Crisis” mode to get it repaired and up and running again?  - OR – Do you plan ahead and try to be ready for you know what is coming?

You know that from mid-June until late August (maybe into September) we will see the daytime high well over one-hundred-ten degrees. In fact you probably will see a summer-time high temperature that will be near 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

So we want to ask again “What Is Your Summer Status Quo?” Ready or Not?
